Lead: Co-ordinator Elderly Persons’ Forum

The forum carries out following functions, under supervision of the Board of Directors of Jain Network.

1. Plan and organize training sessions for management of retired life
2. Talks and workshops on Financial affairs in retired life
3. Develop, update and refine the strategy for setting up Elderly persons’ concerns
4. Advise on available health and social services
5. Provide Mentoring and Counseling service
6. Motivation for volunteering and advise on available opportunities
7. Participation in community organizations and training for  leadership
8. Training for participation in interfaith activities, active public life and living together with other communities
9. Advise on available help from the national organisations, Government and local authorities
