Payment, Cancellation & Transfer Policy:
Payment in full must be received prior to the event. The Jain Network reserves the right to refuse admission to a delegate in the case of non-payment prior to the event.
Bookings may be cancelled with no penalty if notification is received in writing more than 29days prior to the start date of the course.
Cancellations received less than 29 days of the start of the course will incur a 100% charge.
Substitutes, appropriate to the nature and level of the course, will be accepted at any time. A transfer, allowed once only, will incur an additional administrative fee of 20%. Withdrawal or transfer of this subsequent booking will result in a full cancellation charge of 100%
